About Rock The Plan(e)

The Story Behind the Name: Why Rock The Plan(e).

Every venture starts with an idea. For me, it started with a song. The inspiration came from the 1973 disco classic “Rock the Boat” — a reminder that real progress begins when you dare to shake what feels stable.

The name is closely connected to my professional journey. I have been challenging conventions and driving disruption since 1999. Boats were never really my thing — seasickness doesn’t help. Planes, however, have been a constant throughout my career. With more than a thousand flights behind me, travel has shaped my perspective — connecting people, brands and ideas across borders.

So the boat became a plane.

And that small “(e)” makes all the difference.

Plane becomes plan — a nod to rethinking business plans, challenging assumptions, and daring to take off in new directions.

Rock The Plan(e) reflects both my personal journey and way of working: finding rhythm, building momentum and never being afraid to rock the plan.

Because sometimes it’s good to shake things up.

Or simply — to get things done.
